TO POTENTIAL SPONSORS, DONORS, COLLECTIVE AND INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA QUALITY ASSOCIATION

Dear friends,

A group of enthusiasts who have come to realise the importance of introducing the quality system as a basis for building personal development strategy and a successful foundation for resisting the more unsparing struggle for survival at the market have taken an initiative to form the BiH QUALITY ASSOCIATION, as an organisation that would help speed up the mastering of knowledge in this area and coordination of activities on introducing quality systems in all spheres of economic and social work in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Efforts on starting the production, improvement and reconstruction of the war-torn country, as well as on becoming a part of international distribution of work as soon as possible have to be based on a designed development policy and strategy, in which a quality system represents an important segment.

Great systems, such as ENERGOINVEST, UNIS, KRIVAJA, ŠIPAD, FAMOS, SODA-SO, UPI, RMK etc. have developed adequate quality services, whose primary engagement was directed to provision of product quality. Recently, those, as well as a whole range of other smaller companies, realising the importance of introducing quality system have been or are preparing to become certified according to the ISO international standards, especially from the point of view of sale of their products and services at international market.

Lack of experts in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who should have given special contribution to introduction of a quality system on the one hand, and insufficient acknowledgement of importance of such activities on the other, are a reason why there has been a significant delay in starting specific activities of massive nature on the preparation of conditions for introducing quality system.

The Association Foundation Assembly was held on 13 November 2003, and the Association has been recently registered with the Ministry of Justice of BiH.
We would herewith like to ask you kindly to support this activity and to join the activity on helping the work of the Association by providing the necessary funds for their work. We are hoping for your direct support and adequate contribution, depending on your circumstances by means of donor funds (200 - 500 KM), by registering your company as a collective (the annual membership fee is 100 KM), or by registering as an individual member (annual fee is 20 KM).
